Netherland: EnNuVi protects against Botrytis
Combination of EnNuVi and the standard fungicide program against Botrytis is a full success!
Here we are in the Netherlands, where we have conducted an on-field test aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of FertiGlobal’s patented technology EnNuVi, and in particular against Botrytis leaf blight.
This foliar disease is one of the most common infections affecting onion plants worldwide. The effects of Botrytis blight are leaf wilting and blighting, which cause a reduced growth of the bulbs
For this test, EnNuVi has been used to support the standard fungicide program. The results have been definitely successful!
Plants treated combining fungicide and EnNuVi technology had a more regular and homogeneous crop development compared with the ones treated with fungicides only.
Tests with EnNuVi technology applied to onion plants showed slightly better effects in the control of Botrytis infection and achieved better yield results and larger onions at the end of the trial.Combination of EnNuVi and the standard fungicide program against Botrytis is a full success!
